Reverse: The reverse shows the common design used on all 2 euro coins: a geographical map of Western Europe placed on the right side, covering both the inner and outer parts of the coin. The inscription 2 EURO is positioned above the map, and the number 2 appears over the Atlantic Ocean background. The outer ring contains 12 stars surrounding the map, with vertical lines visually connecting the upper and lower stars.
