Guarantees

Our products are covered by warranties established by Florinus, UAB, manufacturers, and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Information about the warranty and its duration is provided separately in the profile of each specific product.

The warranty means free repair of the product or its replacement with a new product of no worse specifications. The buyer’s rights related to defective goods are outlined in Section 8 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The warranty does not apply to defects caused by:

  1. Improper conditions of use, storage, or maintenance (cleaning, washing, scratching, etc.);
  2. Attempts to disassemble the product, impacts, or other damage caused by the buyer;
  3. Electrical network failures, voltage fluctuations, overloads, etc. (in the case of electronic devices);
  4. Foreign particles entering the product (liquids, dust, gravel, sand, etc.);
  5. Force majeure circumstances, where the defect is caused by natural disasters (lightning, flood, earthquake, fire, etc.);
  6. Use of the product not in accordance with its intended purpose.

The warranty comes into effect from the date the product is received.
