Return policy
Pearls, gemstones, precious metals and their products, weapons, watches, and other non-returnable goods specified in the Retail Trade Rules, as well as goods manufactured according to a special order of the buyer and purchased from Florinus, UAB, are non-returnable unless Florinus, UAB agrees to accept such returns.
When the return of goods is possible, the following conditions apply:
- The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;
- The item must not be damaged, scratched, or otherwise affected by the buyer;
- The item must not have lost its commercial appearance (intact labels, unremoved protective films, etc.);
- The returned item must be of the same complete set as received by the buyer;
- When returning an item, it is necessary to provide the purchase document, warranty card, and certificate of authenticity (if issued by Florinus.lt), as well as a completed return document, which will be issued by Florinus, UAB administration if required;
- The return of precious metals is possible only if Florinus, UAB buys back the goods purchased by the buyer, paying the precious metal prices announced by Florinus, UAB;
All costs related to returning the goods (shipping and other costs, if any) are borne by the customer.
Florinus, UAB refunds the customer for returned goods after a responsible specialist inspects, evaluates, and determines that the item is not damaged or otherwise affected, but no later than within 14 days from the date of return.
