Obverse: the obverse of the coin depicts Lady Liberty walking with confidence against the sun's rays with a torch in her right hand and an olive branch in her left hand. The top side of the coin is engraved with the word "LIBERTY". The coin is engraved with 50 stars around the coin edges. On the bottom left side of the coin can be seen the Capital building and the year of mintage can be seen to the right side which is "2020".
Reverse: the reverse of the coin depicts a male eagle flying over to his nest with a branch in his paw. The nest contains a female eagle and hatchlings watching over the male eagle. The top side of the coin is engraved with the words "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA". The left side of the coin is engraved with the words "E PLURIBUS UNUM" (from Latin - "The one of many"). The right side of the coin is engraved with the words "IN GOD WE TRUST". The bottom side of the coin is engraved with the words "1/2 OZ. FINE GOLD ~ 25 DOLLARS". Also, the initials of the coin designer can be seen on the bottom side of the coin near the bottom of the nest - "MB" which stands for Miley Busiek.
