Reverse: the reverse of the coin shows a strong British Isles standing Britannia and holding Neptune stick. This image was already used more than 2000 years ago during the Roman Empire, the Emperor Adrian time. In the top of the coin are inscribed weight of the coin "1 oz", further to the right side is minted purity of silver "999.9 FINE GOLD". In the left side of the coin are minted word "BRITANNIA" and coin year "2021".
Obverse: the obverse depicts Queen Elizabeth II around inscribed "ELIZABETH II D G REG F D 100 POUNDS".
About the coin: although this coin has been minted since 1997, this year it has been issued with a new design that creates a latent image, surface animation and tincture lines, which further protects the coin from counterfeiting.
