Obverse: the coin depicts Queen Elizabeth II in the centre of the obverse. The coin is also embossed with the words 'ELIZABETH II', the country of origin 'AUSTRALIA', the year of issue '2000', the denomination '5 DOLLARS' and the designer's initials 'RDM'.
Reverse: the reverse of the coin features koala and the Olympics logo in colour at the bottom.
