Reverse: Depicts a tree stump from which a new oak shoot arises and spreads upward – a symbol of the state’s rebirth. Around the image are the years 1990 and 1995, along with the inscription VALSTYBĖS ATGIMIMAS. The initials ŽA are also visible.
About the coin: This 50 litas silver commemorative coin was issued in 1995 to mark the 5th anniversary of Lithuania’s independence restoration. It is struck from 92.5% silver, weighs 23.30 g, and has a diameter of 34 mm. The edge bears the inscription TEGUL MEILĖ LIETUVOS DEGA MŪSŲ ŠIRDYSE. Minted by the Lithuanian Mint.
