Obverse: the coin features the minted images of King Oscar II and Queen Sophia in the center of the obverse and a circle around them. The names of the royal couple are engraved on the outside of the circle 'KONUNG OSCAR II * DROTTNING SOFIA', followed by a floral ornament.
Reverse: the coin is struck on the reverse with the crowned national coat of arms surrounded by a Seraphim chain. The date of the feast 'DEN 6 JUNI * * *1857-1907' is embossed on the side and the denomination '2 KR.' is embossed on the bottom, separating the mintmarks.
