Video surveillance cameras are installed on the external structures of the building located at Šeimyniškių g. 24-1, LT-09312 Vilnius, Lithuania, as well as inside the premises owned by Florinus, UAB within the building. These cameras capture and record images that fall within the cameras’ field of view. Video surveillance and its recording are necessary to ensure the safety of the Company’s clients and employees, other persons entering the territory, as well as their and the Company’s property. Video data may later be used for the analysis of incidents that have occurred, when it is necessary to determine the factual circumstances of incidents, provide information to law enforcement authorities, etc. The legal basis for data processing is our legitimate interest in ensuring the safety of property and persons, incident investigation, and recording evidence (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)).
Video data are processed by the Company’s employees responsible for implementing the above-mentioned purposes of video data processing.

Video data are processed and stored for up to 30 calendar days and are then automatically deleted, except in cases where the video data are required for the investigation of incidents or for the pursuit of other legitimate interests of ours or third parties. If video recording data are used for the investigation of a criminal act or other incident, as evidence in a case, or in other cases provided for by law, the video data may be stored for as long as necessary for these data processing purposes and, where applicable, throughout the entire limitation period or other period during which legal claims may be brought against the Company and liability applied, or during which the Company may defend its violated rights and bring legal claims.

You will be able to access video recordings provided that they do not contain images of other persons or property related to other persons. If the recording relates not only to you, we may provide it to you only where there is a sufficient legal basis, or after redacting information not related to you.

You may also contact us requesting the deletion of your personal data and the restriction of data processing if you have a legal basis for doing so.
You have the right to object to certain data processing. You also have the right to data portability.
