REVERSE: the centre features a portrait of Antanas Gustaitis, the founder of Lithuanian aviation, together with a stylised model of a military aircraft. The inscriptions “ANTANAS GUSTAITIS” and “ANBO IV” are arranged in a semicircle. The inscription “ANBO lėktuvams – 100 metų” commemorates the 100th anniversary of the ANBO aircraft. ABOUT THE COIN: a Lithuanian 1.50 euro commemorative coin issued in 2025 to mark the 100th anniversary of the ANBO aircraft. The coin is struck in copper-nickel, weighs 11.10 g, has a diameter of 27.5 mm and a thickness of 2.2 mm. It was issued on 2 December 2025 and minted at the Lithuanian Mint in Vilnius.
