Reverse: the backs of 26 books on art and architecture and twelve flying birds are depicted. The year of issue of the coin is "2008" at the bottom and the denomination "10 EURO" is at the top.

About the coin: the Royal Netherlands Mint issued a coin in 2008 to commemorate the merits of its most famous architects. The exclusive design of these extremely rare gold coins was created by designer S. Michiels.
