Reverse: the reverse of the coin depicts an athlete running 100 meters. Around it are the words "Citius, Altius, Fortius" ("faster, taller, stronger") and the year of release "2014".
About the coin: the series of these gold coins was issued in 2014 for the 2016 Rio Olympics. Coins have been part of the Games since 1952. The Helsinki Olympics were therefore also released in 2016. Rio de Janeiro coins in cooperation with the Central Bank of Brazil.
