Obverse: stylized depicts Franz Rozman-Stane, who was Slovene partisan army chief, General Management and is a Slovenian national heroes. Center of the coin is also engraved name of the state in Slovenia, and above it, a vertically FRANC ROZMAN STANE and the jubilee year of 1911 and 1944 below also engraved in the coin mintage year - 2011.

About the coin: this coin was minted to honor Franc Rozman, nicknamed Stane (27 March 1911–7 November 1944), was a Slovenian Yugoslav partisan commander in World War II. The decision of the Slovenian Social-Democratic Government to honor a Communist commander produced ideological and political controversy.
